Who we are.

Rail Haven Estates is a private community comprised of 35 home lots West of the state capital, Jefferson City Missouri. The community has several miles of private multi-use trail.

Rail Haven Estates was established in 1974 and has grown through the years to what is now 35 5 to 20 acres lots.

Rail Haven Estates greatest asset is its residents, who make the community a wonderful place to live, work and play. The HOA team is governed by a 5-member board of directors comprised of residents and elected by the homeowners.
